What's My Story
hairextensions haircolor hairsalon

Oh, hey love! I’m Madison.
Mom of three,
a real Seattle-lite... (born & raised)
lover of Vedic astrology,
and obsessed with providing my clients with great service & absolutely beautiful hair!
I’ve been a hairstylist for more than half my life…. I started school at 17 and have been working in the industry ever since.
I have worked at every different kind of salon you can probably think of, I did my advanced training at the super posh Gary Manuel Salon, which was located in downtown Seattle at the time, and had about 60+ stylists who worked there.
Then, I began building my clientele at an extremely small salon about 35 mins away from the city, which was much more my pace.
But for the last 10 years I have been working on my own as an independent hairstylist specializing in hair color, hair extensions, and smoothing treatments. I love doing hair and the thing I love the most is that I am able to work for myself.
But... when the cosmetology industry was hit in 2020, I felt like I came to a real crossroads and I started to really think about what was next, and I began reviewing my entire career up until that point.
So many stylists were leaving the industry because of all the changes and being so unhappy with the new working conditions.
I even left the studio I had been at for the last 3 and a half years and began to restructure my business seemingly from the ground up.
After taking the leap and leaving my studio I began doing hair out of my new "pop up" location. And I’m still successfully doing it now.
My clients are the absolute best and have faithfully followed me and supported me on every new journey I've chosen to embark upon! Believe me when I say how extremely grateful I am.
I love the relationships I’ve been able to build throughout the years.
I love being able to use my hands to make someone smile and feel beautiful when they look in the mirror.
I love being able to create beautiful colors, styles, and shapes.
I love having a career that lets me express my passion & creativity every day.
Education is also extremely important to me & to the culture of my beauty business. I make a commitment to attend classes quarterly and consistently study and practice my craft... I'm not afraid to try something new & being able to keep up with the ever-changing trends is extremely important to me.
I’ve been catering to the greater Seattle area and its surrounding cities my entire career! when I look back at how much I've grown not only as a hairstylist but also as a wife, mother, friend, and business woman, I get excited for the future and excitingly look forward to what's coming next!
